I want you to listen to this, and listen to it good. This is from their mouth and their experiences. Share it with someone trying to live a lie as if none of this exists.
If you haven't done so already, the way you move should always be for the betterment of your family and Brothas & Sistas marching to the drum of B1. If you think non-Black American people aren't doing the same for their own, you're sadly mistaken. I've mentioned these things before, but listen to these White men say it.
You go to these jobs, bust your ass, they have you all under the grills cleaning and doing the most for the smallest paycheck. They don't want you discussing your paychecks either, but they should be discussed because the employers usually has you working for less. Non-Black people usually aren't as open about their paychecks but you can get it out of some of them if you give them a BS number that exceeds their own.
It doesn't matter where you work, take a good look and observe. Are you working at a deliver service like UPS inside the warehouse where they have you loading the trucks going to the high demand locations? Loading jobs are usually a revolving door unless you make it work, but it's not a hard job for everyone.
Go to the slower side and find out who's working over there, don't be surprised if they have a bunch of White people on that side taking it easy. The same applies to other non-Black people, because we're usually the ones on the bottom. If you're tired of that, you know what's required of you.
I've mentioned reasons why you shouldn't train people (or train them properly) because you're training your replacements or even your manager. They keep the best at the bottom, and I'm not saying that you should go and quit your job today, but you should consider the benefits of supporting Black businesses and starting your own in order to make a change. It doesn't matter what your tax bracket is, squad up.
