Watch How This Plays Out: Illegal Oscar Vasquez-Lopez killed Dr. Linda Davis while fleeing ICE

This criminal goes by the name of Oscar Vasquez-Lopez. He wasn't supposed to be in the United States, but he thought he was above the law. You can't just go set up a new life in any other country without doing it the right way, and the same people defending him and others who aren't here legally, would argue us down if FBA ever tried to go to another country this route.

A passport bro would catch hell before Oscar Vasquez-Lopez, and they have passports moving within the laws of the countries they move to. They aren't in these countries illegally, and they aren't committing other forms of crime in these other countries in the process of being there. Furthermore, they aren't evading capture, and they aren't killing the citizens.

I can't say the same for Oscar Vasquez-Lopez, who killed a Black woman after he was stopped by ICE. Instead of staying there and complying, he decided he leave the location where he was stopped to escape capture and possible deportation. Big bad Oscar Vasquez-Lopez was flying at a high rate of speed disregarding every single life on that road to continue living life under his illegal status in our country.

While running the red light at a high rate of speed in a pickup truck without a valid drivers license, he crosses the path of Dr. Linda Davis who was on her way to work in the Savannah Chatham public school system. The crash that this illegal was able to walk away from with non-life-threatening injuries, resulted in this Black woman being pronounced dead. The principal said she was killed just outside of the school grounds, meaning big bad Oscar Vasquez-Lopez could've ran into a bus and could've killed children walking to school, riding the bus, or being driven to Herman W. Hesse K-8. It could've been a booster seat in the image below or your child's backpack.

Dr. Linda Davis was a Wife, and a Mother of Four children. They want her killer to get a slap on the wrist because he's an illegal who was avoiding capture.

While they protest ICE and make excuses for him, they're also glossing over the fact that his ass shouldn't have been here in the first place. That's the first domino. They weren't behind him attempting a PIT maneuver, and unlike us, when he was driving away they didn't unload a pistol on him claiming self defense. They look for any reason with us, even when they can't find one they try to weave a lie in to justify it. He had time to back up and everything. I would've rather them do Oscar Vasquez-Lopez in, than him doing her in.

Would I put it past them to have sat up and watch this woman die instead of saving her? Not at all, especially if she was on the organ donor's list, but if he weren't here she wouldn't have been in this damn situation in the first place. If he were here legally, he would've had to take a drivers test and do things the legal way. When things are done the illegal way, one bad turn leads to another, and in this case it was a first-degree vehicular homicide.

She's looking at a bid for crashing out at an ICE detention center. All types of horrible things happen in prison, but how many times has she put her freedom on the line to make sure the conditions up to par for Brothas and Sistas locked up?

They're here because of what they can get, things that FBA don't get without a fight. Mayor Karen Bass like many others see it in their heart to sacrifice our tax dollars to help out illegals because we are expected to understand that they need money and food to live her, illegally. Meanwhile, there are homeless FBA out here. The same people smiling in her face wanting you to bless them with a job that gives them access to shit on you and your family, want you to shut the hell up when it comes to things you need. They crash out for people who shouldn't be here though. Don't give them room to lie in your face, and don't give these God Damned pastors the ability to push them in your face either. These are NOT our leaders, they cosplay as such, but they're anti-FBA with a black face.

In this situation Oscar Vasquez-Lopez torn Dr. Linda Davis' family apart, and SHAME on everyone trying to gloss over her death like it's law enforcement's fault that he's here illegally. It's his fault, but everyone fighting to let it go on are just as much to blame.

For the record, to hell with Kate Oakley who thanked God this Black woman was there to take the hit for her and her child. That was a tacky and nasty thing to say.

Protecting the FBA Legacy from the “Songbird” Trojan Horse and others like him

We need to have a serious conversation about the individual known as Paul Birdsong. At a time when our community is focused on our own specific interests and lineage, this individual has emerged as a dangerous liability. I applaud everyone not allowing him to slither in, but there are too many foolish people at risk of falling for someone talking a certain way. 

He was too out there with it, but there are others trying to form other lil groups and want us to be a part of it. Not just to help them fight, but also to popularize their brands like Destination Smokehouse, and social media platforms like TikTok who exploit our culture. So it's not just this dangerous Birdsong clown who isn't lining up a bunch of Hispanics while he's talking crazy to law enforcement. It wouldn't surprise me if the dudes standing alongside him are agents from a branch of law enforcement. 

A Brotha by the name of Moses McCormick got split up from his brother, Mark, when they were going after the Ohio government for corruption. A honeypot split them up, she's a tether with ties to the FBI and Moses is dead under mysterious circumstances. His brother saw his body and said he had blood everywhere, which doesn't line up with someone having a damn heart attack.

So you have to be careful out here. Things can happen in a point in time where you think it's cool and then you look back on it wondering how you could be so blind towards such a ridiculous play. Just like this situation, how in the hell did someone like a damn Birdsong end up leading the pack when it came to those Black men and that bootleg Black Panther Party? How? It doesn't smell right does it? They'll line you up, get the credit to use for future aspirations like Kamala, shit on your people and then ask you to vote for them. Vote for them while they say "Nooooooooooooooooooooooo" to our reparations, hoping the cosplay would be good enough. Don't be a fool for the devil.

Here is why we must be offended, vigilant, and clear in our rejection of Birdsong's tactics:

1. The "Black Panther" Trojan Horse
Paul Songbird was using the name of the Black Panther Party as a shield to push an agenda that is not ours. While he claimed the mantle of a Panther in Philly, he tried using that platform to prioritize other communities and issues—specifically protesting ICE and immigration—while using FBA symbols to do it. We did not give him permission to use our history as a "Trojan Horse" to put us on the front lines for everyone else but ourselves. The NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus are doing the same with these groups meant for our betterment. What does that smell like?

2. A History of "Identity Hopping"
This isn’t just about Philly. We have seen this man move from state to state, changing his story and his affiliations like a costume. He's a veteran cosplayer.

• In Lansing, Michigan: He was on the news claiming street affiliations and naming specific corners. We know that the streets don't move that mouthy on camera because it puts their lives and freedom at risk. Birdsong would know that was a no no if he was really out there like that because it would make the block all the way hot. Them folks would've snatched him up awhile back with the way he was talking, along with the people he was basically lining up for RICO charges. Do you smell the stench yet? I don't know who those dudes are up in Philly, and I don't know anybody up there who knows them.
• In California: He was reportedly run out for the same type of "cosplaying."
  Now, he has suddenly rebranded as a "Black Panther" national chairman? A person who jumps from gang culture to political revolutionary overnight is not a leader; they are a liability and if it was true that he made that shift for real, it would still be risky. His past would affect the present of the Black Panthers because these White Supremacist demons would try to put his past on all the Panthers.

3. Intentional Endangerment and "Agent" Tactics
Songbird’s behavior—daring law enforcement to "do something" and making aggressive threats on camera—is not how we protect our people, and he isn't one of our people. FBA are arrested even when we are innocent; to have someone talking crazy to police while standing near Black people is a clear setup. Does he do that around anyone else? Who are his people? This feels like a deliberate attempt by a political entity or an agent to spark a conflict, justify martial law, or mark FBA individuals for law enforcement targeting. If you stand with him, you are marking yourself for a loss of freedom or life. Don't be a fool.

4. Respect for the Lineage
The Newton family has already spoken out: they were pursuing legal action because he is not a Panther and I see he switched up the name. I would still pursue legal action because he demonized the Panthers during his time cosplaying as a national chairman. Enough of us know that Paul Songbird is NOT FBA, but do enough of us care while trying to lead the pack of something related to us? He is an outsider who does not respect our community and he should not be able to make any moves within our community. If he were doing business so that we could benefit from his community just like they benefit off ours, it would be different because that's an avenue to generate legit income. Not this BS he's pushing here, this is something else. 

If he cannot treat us with the respect of a human being and a distinct lineage, why is he using our symbols and trying to push the line to get in so bad? If he wants to talk crazy, he should do it in the name of his own community, not ours and rep things tied to them with his loud, proud, and dangerous agenda.

We are not toys to be played with. We are a community that has survived through strategy and wisdom, not through loud-mouthed performance for the cameras for agendas unknown. Do not let this snake use your face for anything he's trying to push or his political masters.

Protect your peace. Protect your freedom. Stay away from Paul Songbird and other cosplayers who carry that smell of deception.
